01 - NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Any deposit or booking payment made to secure a project start date is non-refundable.

Deposits cover consultation, planning, concept development, and time reserved for the client.

02 - REFUNDS ON COMPLETED WORK

Due to the digital and custom nature of branding, rendering, animation, design, and marketing services, completed or partially completed work is not eligible for refund.

03 - CLIENT CANCELLATION

If a client chooses to cancel a project after work has begun, payment is required for all work completed up to the cancellation date.

Any deliverables produced up to that point may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid.

04 - PROJECT ABANDONMENT

If communication from the client becomes inactive for an extended period of time, the project may be marked inactive or closed.

Restarting an abandoned project may require a new scheduling fee depending on the amount of work remaining.
