By booking or purchasing any creative service, the client agrees to the following terms outlined below. These terms are designed to ensure a clear, professional, and efficient working relationship throughout the duration of every project.
All projects begin with an initial consultation to discuss goals, creative direction, timeline, and required deliverables. Clear communication from both parties is required before work begins.

All services are quoted individually based on project scope, complexity, and requested deliverables.
A deposit may be required before work commences. Remaining balances must be completed before final files or assets are delivered.
Failure to complete payment may result in project suspension or cancellation.

Estimated turnaround times are discussed during booking; however, timelines may vary depending on revision requests, project complexity, or delayed client communication.
The client agrees to provide all necessary materials, references, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays.

Reasonable revisions are included during the active design process.
Excessive revision requests, complete concept changes, or additions outside of the original agreed scope may result in additional charges.

The client is responsible for providing accurate project information, product details, references, branding materials, and any required assets necessary for project completion.
Delays in receiving materials may affect the delivery timeline.

Final approved files will be delivered digitally upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment.
Source files or editable project files may be provided only if agreed upon within the original service package.

Upon final payment, the client receives usage rights to the completed deliverables for business, promotional, and marketing purposes.
The designer retains the right to showcase completed work within portfolios, promotional materials, social media, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Due to the custom nature of digital creative services, deposits and completed work are non-refundable once the project has begun.
If a project is canceled midway, payment will be due for all work completed up to that point.

Professional communication is expected throughout the project. Extended inactivity, delayed responses, or failure to provide approvals may pause project progress.
